This research project explores how different versions of a patient decision aid can help people make informed choices about their skin health, particularly regarding treatment for dysplastic nevi. We will compare two decision aids to see which one helps patients understand their options better and feel more confident in their decisions. By using online platforms to gather a diverse group of participants, we aim to create effective tools that enhance patient education. This study is important because improving how patients understand their treatment options can lead to better health outcomes and more empowered decision-making in dermatology.
