Dinkar Saran

Dinkar Saran leads PwC’s Global Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences practice with responsibility for global revenue growth, go-to-market plans, cross-market collaboration, and strategic investments. He previously led PwC’s Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Operations practice and had responsibility for go-to-market activities, service offerings, and overall P&L. Dinkar has a proven track record of working with the Board and C-suite of Fortune 500 to pre-commercial companies to enable significant quantifiable value and EBITDA improvements. His global experience spans biopharmaceutical, medical technology, and CDMO companies. He has deep expertise in mergers & acquisitions and has supported multiple Corporate and Private Equity driven transactions with a focus on revenue- and cost- side diligence, carve-outs and integrations, and post-deal value capture. In addition, Dinkar serves as the global lead partner for one of the firm’s flagship biopharmaceutical clients. He also has served on PwC’s Partner Admissions Committee. Dinkar earned a Master of Business Administration from The Indian Institute of Management with concentrations in strategy and finance, and a Bachelor of Science in computer science from The Birla Institute of Technology.
