The MRF Announces Kyleigh LiPira as CEO

Today, the board of directors of the Melanoma Research Foundation announced Kyleigh LiPira, MBA as the MRF’s new Chief Executive Officer. LiPira was promoted from her position as Chief Development Officer.

“Kyleigh is a dynamic, strategic leader who will help this organization reach our goals of preventing, slowing and ultimately curing melanoma,” said Steven Silverstein, Chairman of the MRF Board. “The MRF plays a leading role in helping patients, families, grassroots activists, scientists and physicians with our support for research, education and advocacy. The entire board is excited to have this superb executive take the reins as we move toward even greater success.”

LiPira succeeds Elly Brtva, who leaves the Foundation with our best wishes and thanks for her service to the organization.

“In my previous 3 years with the MRF, I’ve been honored and inspired by the compassion, dedication and generosity of this community,” says LiPira. “I look forward to expanding our work to serve the patients, families, supporters and caregivers impacted by all forms of melanoma and am confident in what, together, we will accomplish.”
