Oncology & Biotech News Examines Patient Response to Cancer Diagnosis

There’s been much buzz about the new Showtime series, “The Big C” and the portrayal of cancer on the show.  But what do melanoma patients think about mixing comedy and cancer?  Recently, a reporter from Oncology & Biotech News spoke with the Melanoma Research Foundation’s executive director, Tim Turnham, about the reaction of the melanoma patient community and what the show is doing to raise awareness of the disease.
