Increased Access for Promising New Melanoma Drug

Amy Harmon, a reporter for The New York Times spoke with the Melanoma Research Foundation’s executive director, Tim Turnham about the promising results and increased access to a new treatment for melanoma.  Increasingly, experts believe that a combination of therapies will be most effective in fighting this deadly disease, and Turnham stressed the need for pharmaceutical companies to cooperate with one another and test different drugs together to find the best results for patients.
