Melanoma Matters: Our Drive for Rural Health Equity – Getting Screened in Rural America

this webinar will be addressing one of several health equity issues prevalent in melanoma prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship. As most of the rural population is at risk for melanoma, this will be a conversation about some of the challenges rural communities face with accessing care and how the patient journey can be impacted by various factors specific to rural America. We will explore this problem and also discuss what policy solutions have been offered and discuss how we can reduce these barriers to access of care.
