We thank them for this excellent contribution which raises awareness of this terrible disease and of the important work we do.

Created by student doctors Khasha Touloei (D.O. '12), Mayha Patel (D.O. '13), and Dr. Cynthia Chen, these two videos illustrate the importance of identifying melanoma in its early stages by showcasing emotional, real-life patient stories.

Student doctors Touloei and Patel are members of the Dermatology Interest Group Association (DIGA) of Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. Dr. Chen is a resident physician at Pacific Hospital in Long Beach, California.
