My current research focuses on understanding how individual patients’ tumors react to immune-centered therapies (immunotherapy). To capture the full picture of a tumor, I study thousands of single cells from samples taken before and during treatment. By tracking how these cells change over time, I work to predict who is likely to benefit from immunotherapy, who may need different or additional treatments, and when care should be adjusted. My goal is to turn these insights into clearer decisions in the clinic, helping patients receive the most effective, personalized care while avoiding unnecessary side effects.
