MRF Melanoma Awareness Month Campaigns!

#GivingTuesday:

On Tuesday, May 5, 2020 we come together as a global community…

To give. To help. To thank. To heal.

#GivingTuesdayNow is a global day of giving and unity that will take place on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. It is an opportunity for people around the world to stand together in unity and use their individual power of generosity to remain connected. Help us find and fund the cure! On this #GivingTuesday, join the worldwide #melanoma community to show your support for the more than one million Americans living with melanoma. The MRF is supporting you now more than ever, even in these tough times. Together we can make a difference.

Donate $5 to the MRF on 5/5 and then share it with 5 of your friends to help those impacted by melanoma

Visit donate.melanoma.org to make a fast and secure online donation.

Virtual Miles for Melanoma:

Join us for our first ever VIRTUAL Miles for Melanoma run/walk! While we have postponed our May events and the official launch of our Miles for Melanoma race series, we still want our communities to know that we can gather virtually and support one another. Unlike everything else that can be put on hold, a melanoma diagnosis doesn’t go away, treatments can’t wait and  support resources are needed now more than ever. We will not sit on the sidelines! To play our part in social distancing, we are hosting a month long virtual Miles for Melanoma event with a goal of walking from coast to coast – 3,000 collective miles – by the end of May, while raising $75,000 for melanoma research!

Let’s unite across the country and support each other through melanoma, COVID-19 and a shared sense of community until we can see each other in person again.

Registration is now open for our VIRTUAL Miles for Melanoma race and registration is FREE! Those that raise a minimum of $100 will be sent a Miles for Melanoma Coolibar UPF 50+ long-sleeved shirt.

Register HERE for our Virtual Miles for Melanoma month-long event!

Ask A Dermatologist Information Sessions:

Ask a Dermatologist Virtual Sessions all throughout the month of May!

Nationally presented by Dermtech, these sessions are critical to continue educating the nationwide community about the seriousness of melanoma. It is our hope to be a leading resource for anyone who has questions that wouldn’t otherwise be answered in this time.

Tune in every Thursday at 4 pm ET / 1 pm PT for our “Ask a Derm” live sessions on Facebook!

Cancer Has No CURVE:
