The MRF convenes various scientific meetings each year either in response to an unmet need, as designated by our Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) or to further the CURE OM, MRFBC, and/or MRF Scientific Initiatives. Often held in conjunction with larger conferences like the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Society for Melanoma Research, these bring together leading physicians and researchers from around the world to share the latest progress in melanoma science, identify new collaboration opportunities and work towards new breakthroughs in melanoma research, prevention, treatment and survivorship.
