During these uncertain times, YOU can support the Philadelphia melanoma community by joining us for a virtual night of fun and celebration on Thursday, June 4, 2020, all from the comfort of home! Participants at the inaugural Virtual Philadelphia Gala will fund a grant to the Thomas Jefferson University Melanoma Program during the Fund-A-Grant portion of the event, have the opportunity to bid on amazing auction items and even a chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime vacation. At the virtual gala, the MRF will present a Humanitarian Award to Andrew E. Aplin, PhD, Professor, Department of Cancer Biology, Enterprise Associate Director for Basic Science at Thomas Jefferson University and Program Leader for Cancer Cell Biology Signaling at Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center.
